With an ageing population and dwindling supply of level, accessible and suitable sites to adequately house tenants with restricted mobility, various Government organisations have engaged NASR Group to Project Manage the supply and installation of lifts to existing building facades.

The retro-fitting of a lift to an existing building provides a much needed facility that improves the standards of living, security, amenity and independency of an individual with restricted mobility. The introduction of the lift and the associated lift shaft also works to improve the appearance and streetscape of the building.

The design and Project Management input NASR Group has been able to add to these projects has assisted many of those in the community who were previously struggling with mobility issues. NASR Group is proud of its efforts and the end result associated with this type of work and will continue to look for similar projects where we can provide a valued service to the community.
