“Ian is an experienced Project Director with over twenty-five years’ experience in residential development, construction and project management. Ian has spent his entire career working in the NSW residential construction industry with the first fifteen working contractor side.”.

In 2008, Ian focused his career in the area of client-side project management where he initially managed a diverse project portfolio as a contractor to NSW Land & Housing Corporation.

Ian is a member of the Australasian Institute of Housing and has delivered Affordable Housing projects, Aged & Child Care, Seniors Living, General Housing Developments, Group Homes, Infrastructure & Subdivisions projects, as well as several Community Renewal programs in Sydney.

Ian’s attributes are his vast technical knowledge, leadership and organisational abilities, time management, innovative spirit and productive approach to his work. He interacts well with people at all levels and has extensive experience in managing complex portfolios within various commercial, residential, state and local government environments.

Ian applies his key strengths to all the decisions he makes, with professional judgment and ethical conduct.
