Elias is a dedicated and valued Construction Manager/Contract Administrator. He is responsible for organising and overseeing projects for clients such as Landcom, NSW Land and Housing and St George Community Housing. He works to supervise our client’s construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed within the proposed time and budgetary constraints.

Elias joined Nasr Group several years ago with a Construction Management background where his usual work activities seen on a typical project included supervising staff, making schedules, negotiating contracts, getting permits, ordering materials, and determining costs.

Elias has demonstrated an ability to proficiently handle simultaneous projects and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.

Elias also worked previously for a large Sydney developer as a leading hand foreman where he was involved with a total of 499 units/dwellings in the North Rocks and Bella Vista areas. His role progressed to Construction Management allowing him to manage contracts and variations, schedule scopes of works, progress claim management and cost/financial reporting.

Elias has successfully completed a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from the University of Western Sydney and holds a current Builder Licence.
